Susan Dent

Susan Dent practices in all areas of general civil litigation, as well as trust and estate litigation. Susan received her B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2009, along with a degree in Political Management from the George Washington University in 2007. She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2013, where she was a published editor for the Santa Clara Law Review, held executive board positions on with Criminal Law Society and Honors Moot Court, as well as completed an International Refugee Law Certification from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.


Prior to joining the firm, Susan practiced family law and trust and estate litigation in California’s Silicon Valley. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jerome Nadler, Santa Clara County Superior Court, as well as for the Santa Clara County Office of the Public Defender, and previously served as a legislative aide for United States Congressman Steven J. Israel, 3nd District, New York.


Susan is a member of the State Bar of California, as well as an active member of the Kiwanis Club of San Diego.
